Fresh meals are prepared daily in the Stella Matutina kitchen. Up to 1.200 portions are distributed every month to the Social Centres in Hosman, Marpod and Nocrich. In Nou, their own canteen cooks for the children and staff on site.
In workshops, the staff try out and improve new recipes.
