HISTORY

How it all started

House calls, mobile assistance and percussion lessons held in a small classroom. In 2012 in Transylvania, those were the activities with which we got in touch with Romani families and a multitude of children in Nou. Not yet with a fixed abode, we dwelt in abandoned houses, often moving on. A female volunteer from Vorarlberg found the courage to set out into a new world with us. We got to know people, we lived together and – most important – learned from each other. Today, we are active in six locations, carry out family assistance, operate Social Centres, music schools,  vocational training, a student’s hostel in town and a children’s home.

Every day, our path leads us onwards.
