Minodora was an employee of the ELIJAH association in Nou from the very beginning. She has lived in the village for years and knows all the Roma families and the local problems very well. She was the one who initially accompanied Ruth to the huts of the needy families. Today Minodora works in the mornings as a school mediator in the elementary school and in the afternoons she works as a teacher in the social center at ELIJAH. The teacher takes care of the homework and gives the children additional learning support if necessary. She works with more than thirty third and fourth grade students.
