Im Februar fand eine Kellnerschulung mit dem Berufschullehrer Karl Otto aus Tirol statt. 26 junge Romafrauen lernten Tischdecken, Servieren und eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin zu sein. Zum Abschluss zeigten die Schülerinnen das neu Erlernte bei einem festlichen Essen für die Mitarbeiter zum Valentinstag.
