From seed to harvest
We have planted fields and gardens in and around our villages and built a greenhouse that serves as a training place for young Roma. Our young farmers receive training in horticulture and plant breeding. In addition to practical training, they learn to read, write and do arithmetic.
Independence through self-sufficiency
With the help of many women and men from the villages, the large vegetable and orchards are cultivated. Cabbage, potatoes, onions, pumpkins, maize and much more thrive well, the fertilizer comes from the stables of the families. Important supplies can be built up for the winter. With this project we create essential foundations for improving nutrition, long-term self-sufficiency of the community and employment.
