We take the protection of your personal data seriously and treat the data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations.

We store contact form data for six months, statistical data for one year and order data for ten years.

Cookies are used on our website. Cookies are small text files that your web browser saves and that are stored on your device. They do no harm and are virus-free.

Server log files are: the operating system used, the browser type and browser version, the referrer URL, the host name of the accessing computer and the time of the server request.

SSL encryption

We use SSL encryption on our website. For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential data, such as the inquiries that you send to us. You can recognize the SSL encryption by the fact that in the address line of the browser there is "https: //" in front of "www" instead of "http: //" and by the green lock symbol in your browser line.

The SSL encryption is used to ensure that your transmitted data is more secure from unauthorized access by third parties.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics for analysis purposes. Google Analytics is a tool from Google LLC (“Google”). The information from visitors to our website is sent to the Google server and stored there. We have concluded an order data processing contract with the company Google. We have activated the IP anonymization function of Google Analytics. With this function the last digits of your IP address are set to zero. We strive to continuously improve our offer and our website. Google Maps

We also use Google Maps of the company Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA).
